All returns are free of charge when using the prepaid return label. Please fill out the return form correctly. All return packages must be submitted to a UPS agent. When you file the return package save the receipt with the return shipment number.


We guarantee that we have the best prices on RevolutionRace products. If you find our products at a lower price elsewhere we will deduct the price difference if you can show us a valid receipt.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefor we offer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase you can return your items to us within 30 days and get your money back. The items has to be clean, unused and all the tags must remain on the garments. Otherwise the right to exchange/buy-back is not valid.


The first exchange is free of charge when you use the enclosed return label. For further exchanges there will be a 6 USD shipping fee. The return package has to be submitted to a UPS agent. If the chosen item is out of stock it will be handled as a return. Check that the item you want to switch to is in stock and please indicate 3 exchange options. All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after you received your goods. Delayed returns will be charged with a handling cost of 27 USD.


You have the right to regret your order without giving any reason. We apply a 30-day return policy, which will apply from the day you receive your order. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please send a clear message about your decision to cancel your order to us, see contact details above. You must state your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, order number and other information that may be relevant to us when handling your return. You can also file a complaint to the federal trade commission (www.ftc.gov). In order for you to use your right of withdrawal on time, it is enough to send a message telling us that you intend to use the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Returns are free of charge if you use the prepaid return label. Please fill out the return form correctly. Tick return on the return form and stick the prepaid return label properly on the package. The package must not be mailed directly in a mailbox, it must be submitted to a UPS agent. Save your return shipping receipt including shipment number from your agent when submitting the return package.

You must return the item to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw your order. The withdrawal is deemed to have been used if you return the item before this fourteen-day period have expired. Delayed returns will be charged with a handling cost of 27 USD. The terms that must be fulfilled for a return to be approved and free of charge are as follows: Revolutionrace receives the item in it’s original condition, the item is unused and all labels remain.

If you choose to use your right of withdrawal we will refund the amount of the products, including the cost of standard shipping if there is no unnecessary delay, within 10 days from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw your order. However, we are entitled to wait to refund you until we have received the items from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the items, whichever occurs first. Please note that we will not be responsible for the return fee if you do not use the prepaid return label.

We will use the same reimbursement payment method that you used for the initial purchase, unless you explicitly agree on anything else with us. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.

To the extent that the product is reduced in value and such depreciation is due to the fact that you as a customer have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine the product's characteristics and function, we will deduct the corresponding depreciation. If the terms are not met by the customer and the return is classed as not approved we will charge you 20 USD.


You have the right to file a complaint if there is something wrong with your purchased product. If you have a defective product please contact our customer service at +46 10 155 63 30 or by e-mail kundtjanst@frifab.se. Please note that you must leave a message to us describing the fault on the product "within a reasonable time” after you discover it. If you leave your complaint within two months of discovering the fault, you have done so within a reasonable time. If you do not file a complaint within three years from receiving the goods, your right has been lost.

In case of an approved claim, we will pay for the return shipping as long as you use the prepaid return label. As mentioned above, as a customer, you are responsible for returned goods so pack the items well. We do not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.

If approved, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable laws and current recommendations.

Information before submitting a claim: All claims must be clean when they are submitted.

Examples of approved claims:

- Seam missing / pocket is sewn incorrectly

- Zipper does not work

Examples of "faults" that most likely won’t be approved:

- Thermal underwear in wool or polyester burl, both wool and polyester burl naturally. Burled thermal underwear in wool or polyester is not a valid reason for complaint.

- Wear and tear, all garments are worn out if used frequently. Contact customer support if you are unsure.

- Garments with camouflage print fades in laundry. All prints fade a bit in laundry, this is inevitable on our quick-drying poly / cotton material.


If you regret your purchase you must collect the package from your UPS agent and send it back. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as a non-collected package and we will charge you for a handling cost of 20 USD.


Regular delivery time can not be guaranteed during campaign periods. Campaign prices only apply to campaign products in stock. Campaign offers and discounted products can not be combined with discount codes. Exchanges of campaign products only applies to products in the same price range or lower. If you want to exchange to a product in a higher price range, you must first return the campaign product and then place a new order for the desired product. RevolutionRace can not increase the total amount on invoices.
