Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, all EU countries and Norway.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges are free! (First exchange is free, for the second exchange there is a shipping fee of 7 USD)

1. Clearly fill in what you want to exchange to on the return form. Please indicate three options on exchange goods you can approve. If the replacement item is out of stock the order is handled as a return.

2. Attach the prepaid return label on the package.

3. Submit the return package to your delivery agent.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item in its original condition, please pack well.

How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?

You can exchange or return items for free within 30 days as long as the items are in their original condition and all tags and labels remain attached. For late returns we charge 25 USD.

How do I claim my money back on defective goods?

It helps if you can take a picture of the garment and tell us what happened, then we can quickly deal with your claim. Please contact our customer service.

What payment options do you have?

We offer card payments through Klarna and Stripe. Read more about our payments options here.

Where do I enter my discount code?

In the first step in the checkout. Be sure to write the code exactly as it says.

Is it safe to shop with credit cards at RevolutionRace?

Yes it is safe, we use Klarna's and Stripe's payment solutions and encrypts all information to ensure customer safety.

I have just placed an order, where do I see if my order is received?

You can find information in your order confirmation e-mail that was sent to you.

Who delivers my package?

We ship items to the United States with UPS. Your package will be delivered to the stated adress by DHL or to a pick up point near you.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 4-6 working days. Note that during promotional campaigns and periods of high order volumes, we cannot guarantee typical delivery time.

Do you have any store or dealer in the United States?

No, we only sell online.

Where do I go if I wonder about size of any garment?

Check the size guide or look through customer reviews, there are several size hints.

Yes, all of our customer reviews are from real customers who purchased the product.

What is a Verified Customer?

A verified customer is a customer who bought the item in our webshop, only verified customers can review a product they bought.
