Is it possible to buy RevolutionRace clothing from a physical store?
No, we sell exclusively via our online store. We don't have any physical stores, and we don't sell through other retailers. By skipping intermediary companies like these, we can get new products out to the market much faster and at an even better price.
Is it possible to pre-order products that aren't in stock?
No, but we do offer a "notify me"-function on the product page! Simply add your email address and which size you are interested in, and we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock!
What happens after I've finalized an order?
After a successfully finalized order, we always send out an order confirmation e-mail. If you can’t see it in your inbox or the spam mail within three hours of placing your order, feel free to contact our customer service, and we’ll help you! As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation e-mail.
You can also see and follow your order on My pages. Via your personal account, you can easily track your order and see your previous order history.
Do you sell gift cards?
At the moment, we don't sell gift cards, but we will soon!
How old must one be, to be able to order?

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, you can't make any changes to your order, like changing the chosen size or delivery address, once it's been finalized.
However, you can cancel the order via My pages if it’s done before the order has been sent for packing in our warehouse. Once the order is locked in our system, you must wait for it to arrive, return it, and place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I make a purchase as a business?
No, we only sell to individuals at the moment, and therefore don’t offer business purchases. If you need proof of payment concerning your purchase, head over to My pages.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you haven’t chosen to cancel your order via the link in the order confirmation or via My pages, then it has likely happened due to the fact that the product is sold out. If you’ve already made a payment, the reservation on your bank account will be terminated within 2-5 business days. We’re truly sorry about this, and we hope you can find something else in our webshop that might suit your needs!

Is VAT and customs fees included in the price?
As long as you keep your order under $800, you typically don’t need to pay any customs fees. For orders above $800 we will split and pack your order in 2 or more parcels. However, in the unlikely event that you do get slapped with a fee, we won’t pick up the tab.
Where do I find my invoice, with value-added-tax (VAT) specified?
You can download your invoice, including all necessary payment information, via My pages!
A link for tracing your order can be found in the delivery confirmation, either by e-mail or text message. You can also find a link for tracing your package on My pages. Psst! It may take up to two days for the tracing to be updated by the carrier once the package has been sent from our warehouse!
How long is the delivery time?
4-7 business days
The delivery time above is shown as business days, i.e., weekends and holidays are excluded. The delivery time is calculated from that of the order being packed and ready to leave our warehouse. At the checkout, you’ll find more precise delivery times by looking at each delivery method’s shipping time in the description. Have a look and choose the method that fits you the best!
What should I do if a product has been damaged during shipping?
If you discover that your product has been damaged during shipping, please take distinct photos of the damages and send them to our customer service within two days of receiving the package, and we’ll help you from there!
What happens if I don't pick up my package at the relay point on time?
If you do not collect your package on time, it will be returned to us, in which case we'll need to charge a handling fee. To avoid being charged a handling fee, we recommend you collect your package, even though you wish to return it later. You can easily return the package with the help of the documents enclosed in the package once you’ve picked it up.
What delivery options do you offer?
You can see the different delivery options available to you at the checkout when you’re ready to finalize your purchase. If you only see one delivery option at the checkout, it means that only this particular parcel service is available in the area where you live. Psst... Remember that we always offer at least one free delivery method!

How come there’s a difference between the fit of my pants, even though it’s the same model and size?
Our pants are made to take the shape of the individual wearing them, and the more you wear them, the better the fit will adjust to your body. Because of this, wearing a new pair versus an older pair of pants can be experienced very differently.
Different color baths and coating applications can make the material feel different even though the composition is the same, which can also affect the fit of the pants.
In our assortment, we have many recurring products, and we make updates along the way to improve them. We may therefore have updated the fit or adjusted a measurement between two seasons.
Beyond everything mentioned above, we work within a tolerance range, to determine if a product meets a specified standard. This means that the measurement of a pair of pants at the bottom of the range, as well as a pair of pants at the top of the range, may differ in look and feel, sometimes to the extent of being noticeable.
What does Rescue refer to?
The Rescue series is optimized to withstand extreme conditions in alpine environments. Many of the garments in the Rescue series have extra reinforcements, and all Rescue garments have an integrated RECCO® reflector. It’s used to make it easier for mountain rescuers to find you if you come across an avalanche, injure yourself in the forest, or get lost in the mountains.
The rescue personnel uses a RECCO® detector to scan search areas. When the radar signal from the detector hits a reflector, the signal bounces back and indicates where the missing person is. Pretty cool, right? Like, who doesn’t want an integrated RECCO® reflector in their garment? Thought so! Check out the Rescue series.

What size should I pick?
To figure out what size you need, we suggest you have a look at our size recommendations and customer reviews on the product page of the garment you are interested in. Many of our amazing customers share their experiences regarding both size and fit in their reviews. Another tip is to filter the reviews based on the sizes you are interested in! And lastly, you can find more information on sizes and how to measure yourself correctly in our size guide.
Make an exchange by filling out what size and color you wish to switch to on your return form when you make your return. You can only exchange the product for one in a different color or size. What do I do if I don't have a return label or return form?
Can I return items received in separate deliveries in one package?
Items in each individual delivery have to be returned in separate return packages. If you have received a split order - in other words, if an order has been divided into two deliveries - these also need to be returned separately.
Will I receive a new invoice if I make an exchange?
There will be no adjustment on your payment when making an exchange. If you chose to pay by invoice, or have already paid for your order, that's the payment that applies.
How much does it cost to make a return?
Returning goods is free of charge as long as you use the enclosed return label and leave the package to the carrier mentioned on that return label.
