The North Merino Top is a heavyweight base layer top, crafted from a soft merino wool blend with a brushed inside. Merino wool provides excellent insulation and the brushed inside creates air pockets which improves the insulation capacities of the fabric. In addition to that the wool is moisture-wicking which means that it draws perspiration away from the skin, so this top keeps you dry even when working up a sweat during outdoor activities.

Normally I wear size L but I often find Revolution Race a bit narrow so I ordered XL to get a regular-fit model. Perfect! Super soft, absorbing moisture during intensive hiking. Dries quickly.

Cuddly warm
The top fits perfectly and is super cuddly warm. I've worn it for hiking and kayaking at +2-10 degrees, a fleece vest and a rain jacket over it and I was pleasantly warm. Highly recommended!
