Description
Our versatile Duffel Bag 40 combines a backpack with a weekend bag and offers excellent storage options. It features a padded handle at the top and soft padding all over the bag for extra protection. You have several smart pockets, such as a padded laptop pocket and zippered inner pockets to organize your belongings. A TPU membrane along the flat surface increases water repellency, and the padded shoulder straps are adjustable with roll-up velcro. The duffel Bag is compressible, easy to pack with you, and can advantageously be carried both on your back and in your hand.

Probably good for some uses just not for mine
I can't fault the quality of this item but for me it just didn't fall into the category of useful. I wanted something that would maximise my flight luggage allowance. This item was not the optimal shape but more importantly, the material is quite stiff so was no possibility to 'alter' its shape. I want something softer and lighter with compression straps to get it within limits. I considered it for just a spots bag but decided that the way it opens from the back didn't work too well.

Uncomfortable to wear
Out of many items from RR this is by far the worst. It's uncomfortable to wear empty. I can't imagine how it would feel to wear with 40l of equipment. Other than thin short straps it looks ok.
