The Aphex Pro Jacket is our toughest shell jacket designed for extreme conditions. It is made with our completely water- and windproof membrane, Hypershell® Pro, and features excellent ventilation and a durable shell fabric. All trims and details are chosen to withstand the roughest weather conditions, all zippers are YKK® Vislon/Aquaguard, and exposed areas are reinforced. The jacket is equipped with a Recco® reflector for searchability in emergencies, side ventilation, and a helmet-compatible hood. It’s adjustable with a drawstring at the bottom hem and with Velcro at the cuffs to provide the perfect fit. The Aphex Pro is an incredibly versatile shell jacket; wear it for expeditions all year round or as a technical alpine ski shell during winter.

5'9" 165 lbs. 40.0" chest. Don't fool yourself with sizing chart! Jacket in Medium way too small if you plan on layering with anything other than a t-shirt. Return was PAINLESS and Large arrived quickly. Excellent wind and water barrier. Hard shell is soft to the touch and quiet. Sleeves are long but so what. Wish it had waist draw string. This replaces my old Arcteryx Theta SV. Other than initial sizing troubles this was a great choice with an excellent price point. Size up and go.

I’m an amateur photographer who spends a lot of time in the rain in remote places. Wore Arcteryx Alpha SVs for over a decade. Then the fashionistas made them too pricey and no longer worth it to me. The Aphex Pro’s features especially its higher water column rating (30K vs 28K mm for Alpha SV) made me a convert. Lava is slightly more muted than the web photos, which was a pleasant surprise,. XL fit me great - 43" chest, 35"waist with room to layer. Couldn't be happier with my new Aphex Pro.

Medium fits perfectly with good arm and body length. Got it for a steal with 50% off. Still worth the money at full price. Great all rounder and will be my go to Ski jacket for warmer days! Ski pass pocket would be better on lower left forearm but only a minor issue. Quality jacket!

Like the Lava colour. Arms a little too long but not by much, but you can secure them shorter at the cuffs. Then again, I'm not a tall guy. Body is a good fit. Performs well in wet weather. Hood is capacious if you want to wear a hat underneath, which I tend to do. Material seems tough and durable. Would say coat is as described. Overall, pleased
