The Hiball Pants are a pair of fleece-lined softshell pants made from a durable, water-repellent Hypershell® SS. With their 4-ways stretch panels and PFC-free DWR treatment, these versatile pants have both excellent breathability and water repellency. The knees are pre-shaped for optimal movability, and the fleece-lined pockets provide added warmth. The pants are equipped with zippered outer thigh ventilation, and the lower legs are expandable with zippers for an optimal fit over ski boots. If you’re going hiking or any other outdoor activity during colder conditions, these are the perfect softshell pants for you!

I love the slim, skinny jeans style fit. Literally obsessed! I’ll be on a quest to order more colors so I can use them all winter here in Alaska. The only con would be for the weather being like..50 below. I think these ski pants would be too thin. Anything above at least 20-30 below with these pants is ok if you’re used to the cold weather. Other than this, they’re perfect for everyday use! I’m literally obsessed!

I wore these on one of my hikes on two Colorado 14ers and two 13ers, and the pants performed perfectly. Comfortably snug with plenty of stretch for boulder climbing movements. Temperatures were as low as 24*F / -4*C with gusty winds at higher elevation and I felt comfortable throughout the day. I crossed several snow fields and stayed warm & dry each time. I'll definitively get a second pair of these.

These pants exceeded my expectations. Not only were they warm and comfy, they looked sharp! This may have been my 4th or 5th purchase from this company but as always, sizing was spot on. These pants are my favorite purchase yet for low profile, warm pants. I got them for the last motorcycle ride of the season here in AK (and they were exactly right), but they will serve me well for hunting and or hiking as well! on chilly days!

Consider sizing up due to how tight the thighs are, especially if you want to have a base layer underneath. I bought a small and they are a snug fit and will not accommodate a base layer.
