Hi, my name is Erik Grankvist. I started building a log cabin in the Swedish wilderness when I was 18 years old. Six years later, I am almost fully self-sustainable on the bit of land I have. There is no electricity, running water, or power tools.
Swedish nature meant a lot to me at an early age, as my grandfather showed me its value in everything from building to hunting. From there, I became fascinated with learning how to build a log cabin in the forest and documenting everything. My mission is to learn the old ways and document on video what is soon to be forgotten by our generation.
