These are great
The waist of the pants fits but it somewhat loose without a belt. Totally usable still but I am curious if a size smaller would work better on me, it seems like it would. I also prefer a fitted look (but I wouldn't call these baggy). The material is very stretchy and soft vs. some of their other pants, this probably is contributing to the looseness. I would not consider sizing down on their products made from stiffer materials.

pant size and fit
The waist could be a little wider, but the rest is quite perfect. I'm 83 years old and my legs are long and somewhat thin, so the leg width and buttocks are fine , but I have a 39 inch waist so even the 2XL is bit tight. The larger size I believe would be too big in legs and length., so this is probably my best fit. The ovrrall quality is excellent.

Pants great. Tried to change delivery address prior to them shipping and customer service did not help, which was a bummer. Had to deal with thebthird party shipper instead. Otherwise the pants rock.

They are light with good big enough pocket.
Could do with a few more belt loops.
