Description
The Phantom Trail Low is a ventilating and lightweight hiking shoe designed for various activities all year round. It is as flexible as a trail running shoe but has a hiking boot’s functions and stability. Asymmetric reinforced toe and a rigid heel provide increased stability and side protection panels for excellent durability. A generous toe part for swollen toes provides comfort during long hikes. Innovation Soles® Technology, High-Comp EVA, combined with R-rubber compound, ensures next-generation cushioning and excellent grip on gravel, stone, and grass.
*All shoes are delivered with an additional Trimfit sole for optimal fit.

Fit very well out of box and really no break in period required. These replaced some old Teva's that I had worn out. My main use is for yard work, work in the woods and creek bottom behind my home. I also use them for riding my motorcycle based on non-slip sole and rubber tipped toe. So far very durable and easy to clean-up.

RR is a quality brand which sadly over the last ten yrs other brands have fallen way behind & are a long way off the ball, but I do think the masses seem to go ‘cheap cheap’ now!!

Slightly too wide
These are very cool (to look at) and comfortable but just a tad too wide. This makes my feet a a bit sore from rubbing on very long walks. So they remain my favourite casual trainers (my second pair of these, but a different colour)

Double function
The shoes are wonderfull. I use them for my work as a cabin attendant. We walk a lot in the cities we fly to.
And sometimes we are able to do a hike closeby the city. So i was looking for a good hiking shoe which I could also use underneath my regular clothes. To avoid packing two pairs of shoes all the time. These are perfect for that.
